US Property Consultants was formed by Ken Barjam in 2014. Ken has a
40-year background in Property Management, Asset Management, and Construction. As Senior Asset Manager with Pinnacle and Conam (National Fee Management Firms), Ken handled rehabs, repositioning, new construction, as well as distressed portfolios. As Director of Property Management for G&K Management, Ken oversaw a 13,000-unit portfolio ranging from HUD to luxury properties. Ken is currently the Managing Partner at US Property Consultants.
Properties managed over the past 40 years include garden style, mid-rise, high-rise, commercial and marina properties. Total units managed over this period are in excess of 100,000 units. Major markets include Southern California, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Detroit.

Cassie has over 15 years of property management and 12 years of construction management experience. She began her career in leasing and was quickly promoted to regional manager before beginning work in construction. She has worked as a project manager alongside architects and engineers in multifamily and commercial properties.
Born and raised in Texas , Cassie enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing with family and friends.

Caitlyn is the Director of Operations at US Property Consultants. She brings out-of-the-box problem solving that sets a new standard in property management. Caitlyn approaches every aspect of property management with an investor mindset- minimizing liability and increase ROI. She has extensive experience in many facets of property management including acquisitions, renovations, re-positions, income growth properties, and distressed assets. She enjoys most seeing the vast transformation assets and cultivating her teams.
